Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Tovrio ("the Product", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product. These Terms cover the Tovrio website and our apps on the monday.com marketplace: Mass Email for CRM (Section 2a), Apex - Cross-Board Rollup (Section 2b), Placet: Approvals (Section 2c), and Obsign: Documents (Section 2d).
Tovrio is a brand operated by repaid, a sole proprietorship registered in South Korea (business registration no. 228-58-00763).
Geographic restriction: The Product is not available for use by residents of Quebec, Canada. By purchasing, you confirm that you are not a Quebec resident.
2. Description of Service
Tovrio is a digital product: a GitHub private repository invite to the discovery + validation engine, a country-aware idea-validation and US-market opportunity-discovery toolkit that runs inside your own AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, Windsurf, Copilot), together with its country-specific KILL rulebook. The Product is delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
2a. Mass Email for CRM (monday app)
Mass Email for CRM is our app on the monday.com marketplace. It lets you send email to contacts on your own monday boards, through an email provider (Resend) that you connect with your own account, with domain warm-up, suppression handling, and unsubscribe management. It is billed as a subscription through the monday.com marketplace (not by Paddle); monday handles billing, currency, taxes, and cancellation under its terms. Your separate Resend costs are billed by Resend.
Acceptable use.You may use the app only to send email to contacts who have opted in or with whom you have a lawful basis to communicate. You must not use it to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), cold outreach to purchased or scraped lists, or any message the recipient did not agree to receive, and you must comply with the monday.com Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy, Resend's terms, and applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). You are the sender and are solely responsible for your content, for having consent to email your recipients, and for honoring unsubscribe requests. We may suspend the app for a material breach of this section.
Volume figures in our pricing describe the app's tier caps, not a guarantee of delivery. Actual sending is governed by your Resend plan and by recipient mail systems.
2b. Apex - Cross-Board Rollup (monday app)
Apex - Cross-Board Rollup is our app on the monday.com marketplace. It aggregates numbers (SUM, COUNT, AVG, MIN, MAX) across the monday boards you select and writes the result into a real column on your summary board, with an optional one-page exported report. It is offered free to start; any paid plans are billed as a subscription through the monday.com marketplace (not by Paddle), with monday handling billing, currency, taxes, and cancellation under its terms.
Acceptable use. You may use Apex only on monday accounts and data you are authorized to access, and in compliance with the monday.com Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy. Apex reads the columns it needs to compute your rollups and writes only to the target columns you configure; you are responsible for the boards and data you point it at.
Rollup results are computed from your board data at the moment you refresh. Apex does not guarantee the accuracy of your source data, and results reflect the data as of the last refresh you ran.
2c. Placet: Approvals (monday app)
Placet: Approvals is our app on the monday.com marketplace. It adds an approval panel to a monday item so you can request sign-off from the people you choose, approve or reject in one click, and keep an immutable, timestamped audit trail of every decision on the item. Single-step approvals are free; any advanced plans are billed as a subscription through the monday.com marketplace (not by Paddle), with monday handling billing, currency, taxes, and cancellation under its terms.
Acceptable use.You may use Placet only on monday accounts and data you are authorized to access, and in compliance with the monday.com Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy. Placet writes only its own approval-status column and the item's updates; you are responsible for the items and approvers you configure.
Placet records the approval decisions your users enter. It is a workflow and record-keeping tool, not legal advice, and an approval recorded in Placet does not by itself constitute a legally binding signature unless you have separately agreed that it does.
2d. Obsign: Documents (monday app)
Obsign: Documents is our monday.com app for document generation. It turns a monday item into a PDF using a Word template you upload, and, where you enable it, routes that PDF for approval and keeps a record of what was approved. It is free to install and use while it is in its first release; any paid plans are billed as a subscription through the monday.com marketplace (not by Paddle), with monday handling billing, currency, taxes, and cancellation under its terms.
Acceptable use.You may use Obsign only on monday accounts and data you are authorized to access, and in compliance with the monday.com Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the templates you upload and the documents you generate from them. Writing back to your board is explicit: Obsign attaches a PDF only to a file column you pick, posts to the item's updates, or delivers on approval, and each of those is off until you turn it on. It never changes your existing column values and never creates columns.
Obsign records the approval decisions your users enter and keeps the board values each approved version was built from, so that a later drift check can name what changed. It is a document and record-keeping tool, not legal advice, and an approval recorded in Obsign does not by itself constitute a legally binding signature unless you have separately agreed that it does.

The transaction is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as the Merchant of Record.
