Getting started · Mass Email for CRM
- 01Add “Mass Email for CRM” as a view on a monday board that has an email column.
- 02Open the Setup guide, create a Resend account, add your domain, and paste your API key and “from” address. The app verifies your domain and shows a green check when it is ready.
- 03Pick recipients from your board, write your subject and message, and send. Large lists send in the background with per-recipient status.
Common questions
So email goes out from your own verified domain and builds your own sending reputation, with replies coming back to you. That is what keeps your mail out of spam.
For a new sending domain, the app raises your daily volume gradually over the first days, the way deliverability experts recommend, so a fresh domain does not get flagged. If your domain is already warmed up, you can skip it in settings.
Every message includes one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses are added to your suppression list automatically and are never emailed again.
Uninstalling the app removes its access to your stored settings. To request deletion of any associated data, email hello@tovrio.com.
