If Tovrio doesn't work for you, we'll refund the full purchase price. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How it works
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Email hello@tovrio.com with your purchase email and order ID. You can find the order ID in your Paddle receipt.
- We process the refund within 3 business days. The payment processor (Paddle) will return the funds to your original payment method.
- Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
After 14 days
We can't guarantee refunds for purchases older than 14 days. However, if you have a genuine issue with the Product, email us — we'll do our best to make it right.
Loss of access after refund
Upon refund, your access to the Notion workspace will be revoked. We ask that you delete any locally downloaded PDF copies as well.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, we may not be able to issue a separate refund. We strongly encourage you to email us first — we will resolve almost any issue within 24 hours.
Korean consumer rights
Customers in the Republic of Korea retain all rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률). Our 14-day refund policy meets or exceeds Korean statutory cooling-off requirements.
