    Pick the board that holds your totals, add the Apex view, and you are ready. No master board to build, no template to adopt, no automations to wire.

    Pick boards, a column, an aggregation

    Tick every board you want to aggregate from, choose the number column they share, and pick SUM, COUNT, AVG, MIN, or MAX. Columns are matched by title, so one rule works across boards built at different times.

    The total lands in a real column

    Apex writes the result into a Number column on the item you chose. Not a widget, not a read-only mirror. A real column that behaves like one you typed by hand.

    Export a branded report when asked

    Set your company name, subtitle, and logo once. Apex renders a one-page report with a per-board breakdown, ready to save as a PDF straight from your browser. No external tool in the loop.

What it does not do, on purpose
  • · Rollups refresh when you click Refresh now. Nothing runs in the background rewriting your board while you are not looking.
  • · It writes only to the target column you chose. Source boards are read-only to Apex.
  • · It uses no automation or integration recipes, so it consumes none of your monthly action quota.
