What the program
actually says

Everything below is written so you can read it once and decide. There is no deck behind it and no call to book. If something here is not clear enough to act on, that is our fault and we would like to know.

1. What this is

One agreement between your agency and Tovrio, covering every app we publish on the monday.com marketplace. Not one app. Every app we have shipped and every app we ship after you join. When a new app goes live it enters your agreement on its own, and you do not renegotiate anything.

This page describes the program. It is not a contract on its own and it does not override our Terms of Service or the monday.com marketplace terms your clients are already subject to.

2. What you get

  • A free licence to every Tovrio app on your own monday account, plus the demo and sandbox accounts you run. Full features, no trial clock.
  • All of the implementation revenue. We do not sell implementation, configuration, migration, or training, and we are not going to start. When a client needs the work done, that work is yours and we do not bid on it.
  • Support direct from the founder, in writing, inside 24 hours. The person answering wrote the code. There is no tier one to get past.
  • Client-facing material you can forward, written to the feature set that actually shipped, so you are never the one walking a claim back.
  • A listing in the partner directory under the specialism you want to be known for. Clients who come to us needing hands get sent to you.
  • First call on the roadmap. You hear what clients actually ask for. Partner requests get looked at before anything else in the queue.

3. What we ask

Three things, and none of them are a quota.

  • Do not present a Tovrio app as your own product. Say you implement it, resell it, or recommend it, whichever is true.
  • Do not promise a feature that does not exist yet. If you are unsure whether something ships today, ask and you will have an answer the same day.
  • Your partner licence covers your account, your demos, and your sandboxes. A client running the app in their own production buys their own subscription through monday. That keeps their data, billing, and cancellation in their hands, which is where they will want it.

There is no minimum, no revenue target, no exclusivity, and no requirement to mention us publicly. A partner who never sends us a single client is still a partner.

4. Money, plainly

monday does not give app vendors referral tracking. That means we cannot currently measure which client came from which partner without asking you to take our word for it, or asking you to take yours. So there is no commission rail on day one and we are not going to quote you a rate we cannot yet honour.

What is real today is the implementation revenue, which is already entirely yours, and the licences, which cost you nothing. When we do build a commission rail we will agree the rate and the payout method with you in writing before it starts, and founding partners are at the front of it.

5. Founding partners, the first three

Backing an app company before its shelf is crowded is a real bet, so the first three partners get terms that do not get worse. If the program tightens later, whatever we agreed with you stands. Your logo goes on the partner page, you are at the front of the commission rail when there is one, and you get a direct hand in what gets built next, which is not a courtesy. We would rather build from what your clients are asking for than from a guess.

6. How licences work

A licence is applied to a monday account you name. You send us the account, we apply it, and you get a note back confirming what was applied where. Partner licences open on each app on the day that app goes live on the marketplace.

Where things stand right now, said plainly: Mass Email for CRM and Apex - Cross-Board Rollup are in marketplace review, with launch next. More apps are in build. Nothing is installable yet, and we would rather you knew that before you joined than after.

7. Ending it

Either of us can end the partnership at any time, in writing, and neither of us has to give a reason. Clients you put on their own subscriptions are unaffected, because those subscriptions are theirs and always were. We do not take a client hostage to keep a partner. How your own partner licences wind down is something we agree with you when you join, in writing, rather than something you discover on the day.

8. What we will not do

  • We will not sell implementation, configuration, or training services. We will not become your competitor on your own client.
  • We will not approach a client you introduced us to behind you. If they contact us directly about work, we point them back at you.
  • We will not shrink Placet's free tier. It is 50 approvals a month, it is the one number we have committed to as irreversible, and it can go up but never down. To be exact about the limit of that promise: the other apps set their free limits at launch, and we are not going to make the same commitment about them before we can see real usage instead of guessing at it.
  • We will not ask you to get on a call. Everything in this program happens in writing, in English, and it is answered inside 24 hours.

9. Starting

One email. Tell us who you work with and what your clients keep asking for. No form, no discovery call, no deck.

10. Who you are dealing with

Tovrio is a brand operated by repaid, a sole proprietorship registered in South Korea (business registration no. 228-58-00763). It is one person. That is why the reply comes fast and why it comes in writing.
